So I had said last post I was going to do a comic right? Well I did not post the progress of said comic since it is going pretty slowly. But here are some progress pics for all of you out there.
love the idea of a comic for a sequential narrative. it definitely reads as a story or a narrative. great way to start to start off and cannot wait for the final version.
I like the idea for this project to actually create a story. Many of us created a single image and left people to interpret our story while you are laying it all out for us. Some time is good to restrict what you want the viewer to think so you can get your point across instead of allowing the viewer to create their own sense of your work.
I love your idea of a comic strip and your narrative is well translated in your sketches. I can't wait to see your final. Also have you considered color? It might be helpful to further communicate your story.
From Cameron This is a super different approach! I like it and I can’t wait to see what you end up with as your final! Maybe you could use color and make it pop more?
I LOVE the Animal Crossing concept!!!! It looks really cute so far. I'm excited to see the final version!
ReplyDeleteBig fan of the Animal Crossing theme as well. Cool storyboard, I think this could make for a really interesting comic-style image.
ReplyDeleteI love animal crossing and the comic book approach you're taking here, really cool and a great way to make this project your own!
